Does Workplace Culture Matter?
Now I didn't bring a controversy with different culture. It's purely about our behaviour at the workplace. It's often seen that your office mates they might have learnt what is right but in reality it's hard for them to implement. It's the basic manners that is lacking. In simple words what matters to you does not matter to the other. I came across a situation which could be related to the once who have experienced and are not firm to speak out openly but I'm here to open up what it actually feels like and raising my voice to the once who have felt the same and I hope this doesn't occurs to others in future. Coming out from the office after the hectic day and you wait for your cab to arrive, the moment you get to see your cab you want to get back home quick where your intention is to reach back home safe.
