The ⬆️ and ⬇️
The title says it all. If there is an up there will be a down. Imagine the stairs you climb, you have climbed and yet to climb. Do you count on the numbers? Maybe or maybe not.Do you anticipate now how many more to reach your destination? Maybe and mostly. Once you reach where you want to be you may forget the hurdles you had elapsed by. You think of the good or the bad that you got to face which is mostly the unplanned scenarios. It's you who got to decide whether it's good or bad.
What did the ups and down do to you? Maybe there is time to think about the down let me step down. It maybe easier to step down the feeling you reached back within seconds. But have you realised it has got the same effort and strength to get back where you began !
Its you, we, us who got to decide whether its the up or the down. Both are essential. Never blame on the down it's the mindset that got to change . Face the ups and downs where you overcome.

ReplyDeleteMy thought on this wonderful topic is very much aligned to what you have written. Up and down shouldn't be considered literally to its word..a down step needn't always be a negative or backward step in your life. It could be as simple as taking break from work or studies. But that could give you the fresh air and space that you need to move ahead. So it is all about the perspective and intent. Whether it is up or down, it should align to your needs for the moment you are in, the consequences maybe be favourable or not but that is part of life. As you mentioned rightly, both are needed, it's the mindset that decides whether that action or thought helps you. Hope to see more of your posts soon!
